What do you want to know about it?
Each value in the array will be represented as 8 bits, and will be interpreted as an unsigned integer in the range 0 to 255.
Other than that, it is just a 4 dimensional array, accessed through the usual MATLAB subscripting notation.
The first index of an array is always the row number; the second is always the column number. The third index is called the page number in MATLAB. The higher indexes have no specific name; you could call them hyper-pages and hyper-hyper pages and meta-cokebottle-summon-elevator if you wish.
