How do I initialize three phase programmable voltage source (in simulink) using MATLAB algorithm (code written in matlab)?

I have included a MATLAB Function block which has to take inputs from the measurement blocks in simulink model; run an algorithm to calculate desired voltage values and then pass the outputs of code back to simulink model to a three phase programmable voltage source. I am not able to implement this integration part.

MATLAB function block is in the master subsystem of my simulink model

It's not necessary to use the MATLAB function block. You can use the CallBacks: in your simulink model go to File-->Model Properties -->Model Properties -->CallBacks-->InitFcn (put your algorithm code here).
