why the "power_fftscope" and FFT analysis tool in powergui give different results?

hi
I measure the FFT of a signal name "voltage3" using powergui as shown in fig 1st. then I use the instruction "power_fftscope (voltage3)" and results are attached in fig. 2nd. but there is a huge difference in THD. Fundmentamental frequency and harmonic values. kindly help me why this difference comes.

Looking into the pictures it seems that you have entered a different period. You should write 60 Hz to the power_fftscope GUI in order to compare your results.
