How can i get the same plot by creating same matlab codes in a MATlab function in Simulink. this is my final equation I=Ipv-Ion(exp((V+IRs)*(q/Ns.K.A.Tk))-1); I have varied V=32.9:-0.1:0 . In normal code output plot(V,I) ok but in Simulink the plot is showing different result. I have use repeted sequence for varing V in Simulink.

If you are getting significantly different results, it probably indicates that the differential equation in question is very stiff and close to being unstable.
Here are some signs that a system is numerically stiff/unstable: - changing the solver/ error tolerance settings in Simulink gives significantly different results - small changes in step size produce different results - system output is very noisy
I Hope This helps.
