Error: Humusoft MF634 (-1): test A/D conversion failed

Hello,

I am working with Simulink real time associated with the Matlab version R2015a. I am using a Humusoft MF634 data acquisition card.

I regularly obtain on the target computer display the red error message quoted in the title. This message can appear at different moments. Sometimes it appears when I upload the model, sometimes when I launch it, sometimes it does not appear. It appears even for very simple models which are only reading the an input from the card. When I can load the model and launch it, I sometimes obtain the following error message which is probably linked with the previous one:

My data acquisition card is brand new and I obtained the same message with a similar model from Humusoft, so I don't think this is due to a failure of the A/D module of the card. I looked online and I don't find any explanation for this message. Can someone explain me what is the origin of this error and how I can correct it?
