hi I'm working now in system identification ,and i want to generate a square signal u(t) with random amplitude and Average value u=0;like this image

Several questions:

What sampling rate do you want the signal to have?
What is the frequency of amplitude transitions?
What is the probability distribution of the amplitude values?
