i want to update my account

when i made my account at the first time, I knew that my university already use the MATLAB license. But I enter the information not university but just students. So I can't get my license from my university. Then what can i do, if I want to get my license and download MATLAB?

You can edit your email address https://www.mathworks.com/mwaccount/profiles/edit if that is all that is required (in some cases Mathworks goes by email address to determine whether you belong to a particular institution.)

If you need something more then please contact Mathworks Support. The volunteers here do not have access to the account information.
