Problem opening simulink library browser

I have a Simscape toolbox with SimPowerSystem. This last one has two children menu - Simscape Components ans Specialized Technology. Simscape Components is working fine, but whenever I try to open the Specialized Technology I get an error using rmdir command that apparently is trying to remove a directory in a Temp folder that exist, but without success. As a result, I am not able to open this menu on SL library browser. The library is installed on my disk and I can open the .slx file and use its components. I have already tried so many thing, since restoring some path to reinstall the entire Matlab. But I still have this issue. Any hint how could I go around such problem?

Hello Douglas,
this type of issue is best directly handled by tech support: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html. It sounds like it might be a permissions issue with access to certain parts of your hard drive.
I expect you have already resolved this issue or given up using Matlab, but I am going through and trying to clean up our missed answers.
Regards,
Joel
