State space from connect function with multiple inputs

In the Building Models from Block Diagrams section of https://nl.mathworks.com/help/control/examples/connecting-models.html it is demonstrated that a state space can be created for one input and output. All other things considered, how should i write my inputs outputs arguments if i want two inputs for example. if tried all combinations and i dont get any results. i dont want to be left with a lame one column input matrix for my state space :(
