How to Implement a Truth Table on Simulink

Hi!
I have the schema below where the output F takes different numerical values according to the combination (A, B, C). A, B and C are Boolean inputs.
I don't know how to vary the value of the output F (integer) each time. If I put an "AND" the output F will be a boolean and will take only two values 0 or 1 while I want it to take different numeric values (0,1,2,3, ...).
Could you help me please.
