Motion-Based Multiple Object Tracking Example

In the example above, the person using the binary mask is displayed in white color. How can I modify the code so that the human shape is visible by giving the threshold value here?

Someone has shared code with a Threshold Image on a Data Exchange site (Below Link). Using this code, what part of the multi-tracking example would I need to modify to get the desired result?
