MATLAB R2017b does not install, help please :)

Hi!
I've been trying to install MATLAB R2017b x64 on my Surface Pro 3 (i5 6300u (4-core), 4GB RAM, Windows 10) but when I log in to my MATLAB account and press 'next' button to install, I get a loading cursor and nothing really happens. I thought perhaps it's installing but it's not letting me know with a % progression bar so I've left it for a few hours and still nothing happened.
I use a VPN so I wonder if perhaps the proxy is blocking MATLAB from the internet but I don't think this is the case as I can log into my MATLAB account prior to installation just fine.
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance :)

You can install Matlab without an internet connection also. Try an offline installation and get the license file manually. Perhaps there is a UAC dialog waiting in the background for your click?

Hi Jakub, in order to install correctly the last version of Matlab R2017b, without internet connection, a good way is to download the iso image from your Matlab account. After the download, from the license center, you can obtain the Installation Key and complete the installation.
