Figure with 2 different x-axes

Hi everyone,
As we can see in the figure below, the top overlap ration has different values than bottom x-axis (Translation).
How can we add the top x-axis? How can we draw dots lines like above image?

This does not answer his question. Can you please put a little more thought into this? The top axis is descending and the axis are linked. The link that you provided does not address this issues.

There is no evidence in the question that the two axes are linked.
If you want a reversed axes then you can set the XDir property of the top axis to be 'reverse'
