Calculating percentage differences between matrix array data

5 views (last 30 days)
I have 5 sets of array size 261x261, how to calculate percentage differences between all these 5 measurements?
D=( A1(i,j)-A2(k,l))./A2(k,l); localA= D*100;
( I think this one can apply only between two measurements, but if I would like to compare measurements for all 5 sets of data, how to do that?)
Thanks, Alia

You can simply do,
dummyMatrix1 = reshape(1:25,5,5);
dummyMatrix2 = 10*dummyMatrix1;
perCentDiff = (dummyMatrix2-dummyMatrix1)./dummyMatrix1*100;
You could do the same for your matrix across all 5 measurements.
