how can i plot from excel?

i want plot(from .xls) like this picture

You read in the excel data using "xlsread" into a matrix https://uk.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/xlsread.html

Then you plot the matrix using "contourf" https://uk.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/contourf.html
