failed to load library 'sm_lib'

I have both Simscape and Simulink toolbox but it still indicates this error message.

This library is part of Simscape Multibody. Do you have this toolbox?

i have ,installed the trail version of matlab 2020, but it is showing like this

powerlib is the Simscape Electronics product; it is not part of base Simulink

Hi!
I've the same problem,
i've just installed Matlab, simscape and simulink and i 've try to run the example named cst_robotarm,
same problem :
Cannot find library called 'sm_lib'. To use the library, install 'Simscape Multibody'. [244 similar]
Can you help me?

yes, it was installed,
i 've now desinstall all Matlab and i"ve reloaded it,with simscape multibody and simscape electrical.
Now, i ve been able to test the example with the robot.
