dicom info fails with fMRI data

Hi, I am trying to read the metadata of a DICOM file of a functional MRI image (Philips Achieva data). The 'dicominfo' functional stuck forever trying to read, no errors but never stops. Any tip? Others software read, convert and etc.. the file normally. Thanks!
