Compiling Matlab Code using SublimeRepl pluggin in SublimeText editor.

Hi,
I'm a fan of using sublime text editor. It has a nice plug in that allows the building and compilation of code within sublime text. This plug is called SublimeRepl. Anyway, when I follow the commands, the repl screen opens but then it immediately closes and what opens is a matlab command window, this is despite the fact that when you sublimerepl matlab its supposed to open with -nosplash and -nodesktop.
Does anyone know a fix to this?
