Level 2 Matlab s-Function

Dear MathWorks, I would need to generate automatically blocks in Simulink via sFunction. In there I would need to add names/labels to input/output. Those are created at the load of the .m file for the sFunction. As I understood it is not possible directly but there should be a workaround that I cannot find. Thanks
