BlowFish Encryption Algorithm Implementation Problem

There's a KEY cell array P of Hexadecimal values (ex. P(1)='A1234567B'--> Hexadecimal) and a text input S='secret'--> string. This string must be 64-bit block,then split to two equal parts of 32-bits (S_left, S_right). How to XOR S_left with P(1)?
