Using matlab 2014b and m_map, and a script from Oct. 2017, I get error message.

License checkout failed. License Manager Error -5 Cannot find a license for Optimization_Toolbox.

The old scripts do not work in later versions of matlab, but my licence should be valid. What can I do? license 611483

It looks like there is an issue with the license to the Optimization Toolbox, which the script uses. Please take a look at the below MATLAB Answers post which explains next steps:
