The following error was detected while installing c:\users\nob\appdata\local\temp\rar$ex84.376\archives\Computer_Vision_System_Toolbox41_common.zip: invalid block type Would you like to retry installing c:\users\nob\appdata\local\temp\rar$ex84.376\archives\Computer_Vision_System_Toolbox41_common.zip? If you press No, the installer will exit without completing the installation. More information can be found at C:\Users\nob\AppData\Local\Temp\mathworks_nob.log

Do you have the whole MatLab installation inside a zip file? Normally it comes with a self-extracting executable called something like matlab_R2011b_win64_installer.exe, and then you'll also have the archives directory which contains a bunch of zip files.
If you have for some reason zipped all this up into a single 'convenient' file (for almost zero storage gains) and then ran the setup through Windows Explorer's zip-file folder-view (it looks just like any other directory, but is actually displaying folders that are contained within a zip) then you might get this behaviour. If this is the case, then make sure you have extracted that zip as per my first paragraph =)
The other possibility is that your toolbox files (in the archives folder) are corrupt. At worst, you should login to your mathworks account https://www.mathworks.com/licensecenter/ and download the installation package and/or toolboxes again.
