Wireless filtered signal data transfer using zigbee

Hi I have to send my filtered signal through zigbee .is xctu must for that?? If not please share basic code to read signal input from matlab by zigbee and my reciever side ardiuno connected with reciever zigbee and led where led gets input from zigbee.please help me I am new to this.I have filtered signal output in script editor as m file.

xctu appears to be used to configure the zigbee but not to transmit the data. Are you trying to do the zigbee configuration without using xctu at all?

I have tried with xctu.but I got error message as failed to program since I am using405f firmware ZigBee.There is no coordinator api for this ZigBee in xctu as I am using 405f ZigBee in transmitter and receiver as well.So I tried up to my knowledge in xctu.Can you tell about zigbee configuration in MATLAB itself along with transmission code rather than usi ng xctu or else clear me with the error message appears on xctu while configuring.
