VN7610 Vector Hardware issue

Hi, I have the issue with VN7610. It is correctly installed and visible in Windows (Vector Hardware in Control System) but Matlab doesn't see it only Virtual CAN ports are presented. When I connect the other CAN hardware like VN7600 it is immediately recognized in Matlab. I tried everything I found in documentation and online help.
