What does this error mean?

I have a simulink model and ı am aplying three inputs. when ı applied two inputs, there is no problem. but when ı applied three input at the same time, there is an error like in photo.

ı do not have code. ı have a simmechanics model that have three servo motors. And ı know those desired position thanks to inverse kinematic. So ı am appliyng position inputs but when ı applied three inputs at the same time, the simuation is giving that error.
