In the second step of the document on " Write the Hardware Specific C/C++ Code " may lose the line

static int initialized = false;

before the following comment.

// Perform one-time wiringPi initialization

As well,in the third step of the document on " Specify the Initialization, Output, and Termination Behavior " may lose the line

buildInfo.addLinkFlags({'-lwiringPi'});

after the line

addSourceFiles(buildInfo,'digitalio_raspi.c', srcDir);

in the updateBuildInfo function.
