Copyfile: No matching files were found

This is the example of a code I am writing:

     filename=strcat('p_',prcp_lat(i),'0','_',prcp_long(i),'0','.txt');
    source=fullfile('D:\Research\Thesis_work\Structural_uncertainty\Precipitation\precip',filename);
    destination=fullfile('D:\Research\Thesis_work\Structural_uncertainty\MatLab_codes\20180222\huc_0512011115',rainfall_data');
    copyfile source destination

I get an error 'No matching files were found'. I see other people have had this error. But I am still not able to figure out the problem.

Please, help!
