How to detect the ECG baseline ?

Hello,
I'm working on an ECG signal and I need to find the isoelectrical line. My signal is not centered in 0, I tried to filter it using fir2 to center it but it adds a lot of noise into it. So I'm searching for a method which could find automatically the baseline of the ECG.
