Support for MinGW-w64 compiler 4.9.2 バージョン 17.1.2 サードパーティ ソフトウェア: MinGW-w64 4.9.2 from TDM-GCC　をインストールすると、サードパッケージをダウンロード中でエラーが出て、テクニカルサポートに問い合わせるメッセージ。ログにはダウンロード時にエラー発生。 環境：Window7, Matlab R2017a

というメッセージが見えているはずです。 R2013b-R2017aに対して、 Bug 1741173でパッチが提供されています。

I am faced with the same error when I tried to install MinGW with R2017b (Windows10).

I also tried using the Bug1741173 to solve this problem, but nothing was improved.

The version of MinGW is "MinGW 5.3.0 from MinGW-w64.org".
