I'm writing a python GUI app that needs matlab functions .The app runs on the PC without matlab.I create python package using matlab app Library Compiler.
I run the MyAppInstaller_mcr.exe in folder 'for_redistribution'and I install it at F:\matlab_python_package\myAdd ,get this
and install setup.py in folder 'application'.The package exists in C:\Python35\Lib\site-packages
My question is does it works in the environment without matlab and when I release my app using Pyinstaller in the future, will it include F:\matlab_python_package\myAdd or just the package in...\site-packages? What should I do when release my app? Thank you in advance!

Have you looked in the documentation? I would expect to find some information about this there.
You could also simply test it in a virtual machine (or non-virtual machine of course).
