create a drug-target network graph

Hi, I am trying to make a figure like that:

where there are nodes of targets connected to different drugs based on an excel file -matrix that has the targets in columns and the drugs in the rows and connected by 1 or not connected as 0, (or weighted connection from -1 to 1 if it is possible), as I have R2014b I couldn't use the graph function, I want also to analyze the relationships that I found, so if you know or used such a function please enlight me. attached an example for the input file
