ICA-example for ECG-filtering of EMG-data

I'm new to signal processing in Matlab and try to analyze EMG data from respiratory muscles. As there are strong ECG artifacts in all recordings, I would like to remove them by applying independent component analysis ( Paper on this approach ), but I can't find a matlab-example for this specific problem. Is there anyone who can help with a code-example?

This is one plot of my data – 10 seconds duration with two EMG-events (red circles) at around second 2 and 8 and ECG-artifacts:

The sampling rate is 4000 Hz. Here is an example of the EMG-data .
