How do I create a Rule of Mixtures calculator for Young's Modulus and Electrical Conductivity?

Hello,
Thank you for looking at my question.
I have a composite material that has three components. I would like to create a calculator which takes a weight percent input for each of the components and then returns the value for Young's Modulus and Electrical Conductivity.
I will have two mixtures:
1: A mixture of a basic 80:20 mix of components.
2: A mixture of a 80:15:5 mix of components.
All of the ratios will be based on weight percents as laid out in the proof for the Rule of Mixtures. If the calculator could be extended for values that include: mass density, ultimate tensile strength, and thermal conductivity, I would greatly appreciate that.
Thank you, in advance, for your ideas.
