Get acceleration from displacement

Hello, I have a displacement function (attached) that I need to convert into acceleration function. Someone can help me?

y=displacement
t=time
velocity=diff(y)./diff(t)
acceleration=diff(y,2)./diff(t,2)

acceleration is double differentiation of displacement with respect to time , learn more about diff()
