Problem with connection in Simulink

Hi guys, I'm an electrical engineering student. I am preparing the electrical engineering exam and I'm simulating electrical circuits in AC with Simulink but being at the beginning I have some problems. One of these is the following: as per the attached screenshot, I can not connect the impedance to the AC voltage generator. (red line) What is the reason for this missing? Thanks a lot!

Hi,
the line color says which type of signal you deal with. That you have black lines ("normal" Simulink Signals) in an electrical circuit is the reason for this. You need to convert the signals:

I can not try by myself, since i do not have access to RF Toolbox.
All i can suggest is that you read in the documentation and try out the given examples. Usually this will lead to more insight to how things work.
