Creation of sinogram without using Radon Transform function.

Hi, I am trying to create image of a sinogram in matlab with various points which we got in our lab. We have files which contains numbers for different slices of images at different angles. We have to reconstruct the image in matlab with out using Radon Transform Function. Can anyone please guide me to construct the image of sinogram ? I am trying to write the code for back projection processing, and after getting the image, I have to add noise to it to check the SNR. Apply filter to the image and compare it with non filtered image.
