rotate 3D and zoom problem

I have a 3D plot, I want to keep both 'rotate 3D' and 'zoom' feature, but it looks I can only keep one

when use command: rotate3d on, the figure can be rotated by left-click mouse and drag

but when I use command: zoom on, the 'rotate 3D' feature disappear, the scroll wheel and left-click-drag operation are all availabe to zoom operation.

so my question is, is there anyway, to keep both the rorate 3D feature (by left-click-drag operation), and zoom feature (by rotate scroll wheel)?
