How can i resolve the following error when Image Database is loaded?

Send it back to the author for debugging. You (and we) cannot be expected to debug .p files.

Probably the code is not correctly constructing the full filename to pass to mha_read_volume, and mha_read_volume is not doing sufficient testing to be sure that it has been given a valid filename.
