In the MATLAB documentation, the "random" function is explained here https://nl.mathworks.com/help/stats/prob.normaldistribution.random.html?s_tid=doc_ta#f1131670_sep_shared-name I want to access this page from the command prompt in MATLAB. I type "doc random", or "doc random numbers", or "doc random random numbers" but none of these bring me to the page the link I pasted brings. How do I access directly to this page from the command prompt in MATLAB? When I open the page online, is there a way to figure out the exact adress of a specific documentation page so that I can paste it in the command prompt to open it?

doc random here gives the local copy of the installed page from the Statistics TB for the installation. Local documentation doesn't necessarily match the website that always links by default to the last release.
I don't know what else it could do.

If you type this
doc prob.normaldistribution.random
at least you will get to the correct doc page. You'll have to scroll (or use the sidebar link) to get to the names section.
My guess is that you should look for the name of the html file that contains the doc page.
