how to extract direct invarient feature from segmented woven fabric image? i need a code for this

i am doing project on image processing. i have to extract eight direct invariant features for the distances d=1,2,4,6,8,10 and the four direction 0,45,90 and 135 degrees.how to find this.can u suggest me some matlab code for this
