Compiler Error in Simulink

I am trying to compile a code to run on a DSpace rti1202. It gets to the linking application part and fails with this long error shown below.
I have ensure that the folder containing ntoppc-g++.exe is in the path, but I am still getting this error.
I think it may be a MinGW error, but I am not sure how to fix it. I am using Matlab R2018b.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I think your best bet is to get in touch with the dSpace support team to solve this issue.
