How to make SL to RF port work real time?

I am using qam in the simulink and need to upconvert the complex baseband data and obtain the time domain passband signal.

I pass the complex baseband data to SL to RF inport and then do the upconversion using local oscillator and mixer. But, the SL to RF inport takes only one constellation point even if the qam is generating different constellation points real-time.

What should be done in this case?

Is there any alternative method? Eventually, I want to use the qam signal in cadence as pwl file.
