Can I limit MATLAB's total RAM usage in a .NET dll compiled using MATLAB Compiler SDK?

We have concerns about the RAM available in an application deployed to a WINDOWS10 device. We are doing some of the processing using a .NET dll using the MATLAB Runtime.
Is it possible to restrict the total memory usage of the MATLAB runtime, so that we can know the maximum amount of RAM that will be used by the dll?
