how to score an image region

i am doing project on non-uniform deblurring localization in an image.where i have extracted glcm features from an image from 6 sliding windows(4*4,8*8, 16*16 ,32*32 ,64*64 ,128*128) of that image.now i need to score each image regions using this glcm features.how can i do that?
