hi walter, i tried to solve what he said but again i am getting the same problem. please suggest any solution for rectifying the problem.

Tell us more about the photo. How did it get corrupted in the first place? You must know something about it. Otherwise, I'll say that you should just purchase a better camera and not worry about some complicated image processing algorithm to fix a dismal camera. It's often easier to fix the image capture situation than to try to fix the bad images after they've been captured.

And upload the original image, not some heavily compressed jpg version with horribly bad jpeg artifacts, unless that image is what you're starting with.
