What is the number of sequence for a chaotic map, used in a metaheuristic? Is it equal to the number of maximum iteration?

The number of sequences is equal to the number number of values representable in the data type you are using, raised to the power of the number of elements in the sequence.
If you are using double as the data type, this is about 3.6e19 numbers per element.
In practice most of the formulae for chaotic maps will produce at most half of these values, being unlikely to produce more than a handful of the very small numbers.
