Importing coordinates from text file and then creating bounding box ?

I want to import coordinates from text file and plot a bounding box on image. I have imported text file and read that particular line on which coordinates are,but was facing difficulty in picking that coordinates so I could use those to plot bounding box. I have attached the file as well on which I'm working. Kindly guide me.

Why not create your variables directly? Xmin = ...; Ymin = ...; Xmax = ...; Ymax = ...
