Problem using WindRose package

Hello all,
I downloaded the package called WindRose 150622. I wrote a really simple code as an exampl.. But a message error appeared and I have no idea how to solve this problem. Can someone help me pelase?
Error message:
Warning: Name is nonexistent or not a directory: M:\Matlab_download\WindRose
