Neural Network Predictive Controller Plant Identification Error

Hi all, I have a .slx file, which I want to use as the plant model that's going to generate the training data for my Neural Network Predictive Controller. For some reason, when I click "Browse" option in "Plant Identification" menu, I can't find the .slx file that I have. Can anybody help me?

Hi,

Can you check that its a .slx file and not the .slxc file. Or maybe the file is in different folder. Otherwise you may attach the .slx file and tell the MATLAB release you are working with, for me to recreate the issue.

Thanks for the response. Sorry I didn't see it earlier. I couldn't locate the plant for identification, so I saved my plant in the default location by running it as administrator (as suggested in another question:https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/491033-simulink-model-reference-control-neural-network). After saving the plant in this location, I could identify it in the controller block. However a new problem appeared: when I try to generate training data a plot window is opened, but it remains empty (the problem seems similar to the one described here: https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/456148-simulink-neural-network-toolbox-problem-with-training-data-for-model-reference-controller)... I waited for a long time, but it doesn't generate the training data, as shown in the pictures below:
