Is it possible to use images that have different sizes as an input to a convolution neural network? If not, Is there any deep learning algorithm suitable for the images that are different in sizes?

Most of the neural networks take an image of fixed dimension. If you have images of different dimension in your dataset then MATLAB has augmentedImageDatastore to preprocess the images before you feed them in your neural network
imds % the datastore for images
preprocessedImages = augmentedImageDatastore([x y], imds) % x, y are the final dimensions of image
% you can use the preprocessedImages variable datastore to feed into your
% network
